A new Sydney heritage-listed development at Little Bay.
December 17th, 2008
Bates Smart and Multiplex Living have recently launched stage one of Heritage Manors, part of the Prince Henry at Little Bay site.
Consisting of eight 3 bedroom homes within two heritage-listed buildings the development boasts open plan living areas, over-sized doorways and expansive verandahs.
“Embracing the highly significant existing buildings on the site and engaging with the costal landscape has resulted in a sensitive and innovative design response,” says Simon Swaney – Director of Bates Smart Sydney.
“The homes take advantage of the natural attributes – they’re well lit with natural light, enjoy cross ventilation and good orientation to the winter sun, and they have a strong indoor/outdoor connection.”
Despite being within heritage buildings the homes have the latest CBUS technology, undercroft parking and lighting an fibre-optic connections for highspeed internet.
The development is due for completion in 2010, but are on the market now from $1.76 million.
