Krost introduces a dynamic new range of colourful soft seating to brighten up the office space for 2016.
April 8th, 2016
For over 80 years, Krost has been in the business of producing dynamic and versatile office furniture manufactured in Sydney. From fully fitted out work stations to individual chairs and desks, Krost has been continually invested in creating pieces that truly enhance the workspace environment.
In 2016, Krost introduces bright and colourful additions to their extensive soft seating range, two styles of chairs, a pair of ottomans, and a Condo lounge – all of which can be customised to suit the personality of a wide range of office spaces, including bright teal, fuschia and deep crimson colourways for the perfect pop.
The Condo Lounge features tall sides and back panels, creating an intimate alcove for private and quiet work, whilst still providing a comfortable and open space for collaboration. The design is a response to open plan layouts, as the lounge acts both as a place for open recreation, and individual work.
Krost’s Cirque Chair is a reinterpretation of the classic tub chair, with a full swivel and brushed-nickel base to accompany the gentle cylindrical backing that cradles the body. The Mila chair on the other hand, features a more open design with an ergonomically designed relaxed back to optimise comfort.
One of the more whimsical additions is the aptly named Play ottoman series which comes in a range of varying shapes to allow for limitless configuration variations as the straight edges allow for seamless connections between each ottoman. This is contrasted with Krost’s new Gogo ottoman which possesses an elegant and curved shape. With differing formations, the Gogo ottoman and Play series of ottomans can act as functional seating options while simultaneously brightening up the workspace.
With these additions to the range, Krost continues to innovatively design to serve the needs of the versatile modern workspace.
