The innovative Milli Axon tap, designed by Phoenix Tapware for Reece, has secured one of the world’s most prestigious design awards – the iF Product Design Award 2014.
January 30th, 2014
The occasion marks the first time an Australian-designed tap has won an iF Product Design Award, affirming the stunning chrome and black basin mixer’s exceptional design and manufacture.
Award-winning Melbourne designers Phoenix Tapware created the Milli Axon tap in response to a growing demand for statement pieces in the bathroom. The resulting product is both modern and striking, with an elegant cylindrical profile and contrasting finishes of matte black and chrome.
“We are absolutely thrilled – what an accolade for Milli Axon and Phoenix. iF is such a prestigious award and it’s wonderful to see that Australian design is receiving international recognition,” said Reece Bathroom Marketing Manager Belinda Geels.
The iF Product Design Award-winning Milli Axon basin mixer is part of a complete range of tapware, showers and accessories available exclusively at Reece.
