“DTZ WA Team of Kerryn Briody & Catherine Fenwick are currently working on fitouts for Apache Energy and Kellog Brown Root (KBR).
“The site; enex100 at 100 St Georges Terace is a 23 floor highrise Premium Grade Building with three levels of retail under the tower.
“The works for Apache Energy is well underway and it is expected that KBR fitout will start mid August.
“Both projects have distinct design detail to accommodate the specialised works that these two international companies undertake here in Australia.”
