The design community in Melbourne gathered together for an evening dedicated to inspiring ideas on the business of design.
It was the perfect setting to celebrate an evening of design thinking. At the stunning Christopher Boots showroom, last week, members of the design community gathered to engage in sparkling and thought-provoking conversation around design. The event marked the second instalment of the brand’s Design Thinkers series, with its latest focus on ‘Business in Design’.
The program featured a panel of design experts discussing the intersection of business and design and the characteristics of a thriving enterprise. The speakers included, Neil Hugh Kenna, Founder Neil Hugh Office; Iva Foschia, Founder, IF Architecture; Ronnen Goren, Co-Founder Studio Ongarato and Cassie Hansen, Editor, Artichoke magazine. Kate Challis of Kate Challis Interiors followed it up by moderating a panel, with Christopher Boots joining.
A grazing bar and refreshments courtesy of Lisa McGuigan Wines helped contribute to an intimate salon experience.
We love the brand’s initiative in bringing the community together and giving back through these enlightening and educational presentations.
Here are some of the best moments of the evening.
