A new showroom and steady stream of new products foretells a busy year ahead for this Sydney furniture design and manufacturer.
February 22nd, 2011
Since its inception in 1998, Sydney-based bespoke furniture manufacturer Craft Design Realisation has continued to evolve and grow.
The beginning of 2011 has seen the launch of a brand new showroom in Waterloo to showcase the company’s collections.
Designer Tom Fereday describes Craft Design Realisation’s range as “contemporary timber-based furniture with a strong focus on high-end craft elements”.
“All the products are made by hand, so there’s definitely a strong craft element to a lot of the features, while remaining a bit different and more contemporary,” Fereday explains.
What’s more, all Craft Design Realisation pieces are able to be customised according to clients’ preferences thanks to its house design team.
The Herring range is a standout, featuring a dining table, chairs, coffee tables, lamps and mirrors.
New to the Craft Design Realisation showroom is the Miter lounge, a hand-crafted American oak lounge/armchair with turned legs.
With a list of past clients including Genevieve Lilley Architects, Bourke Street Bakery, Manning & Manning Furniture and Panasonic, and many exciting new products on the way, this ever-expanding company will continue to grow.
