The Canberra Institute of Technology design graduates put on impressive exhibition

In the last few months of every year, we welcome the end-of-year design and architecture graduate exhibitions. As such high-demand, popular fields of study, the number of A and D graduate shows has grown to a too-many-to-keep-up-with figure.
The Canberra Institute of Technology ’Quiddity’ design exhibition was one of the notable presentations of the 2007 bunch.
Held on November 22, five-hundred industry guests (including designer Frank Arnold) mingled with fresh graduates as the exhibition presented four different design courses side by side – Building Design, Interior Design, Architectural Drafting and Interior Residential.
The showcase was a blend of outstanding scale models, colourful renderings, architectural drawings and furniture.
The highly respected design course at CIT has successfullly built the students technical and creative design skills, proudly releasing a crop of future design stars into the Australian market.
Many graduates have already gone on to win local and national recognition within their fields, including Kate Treacy, Pela Skrzeczek, Adam Hobill and Alexis Phillips.
