The Sub-Zero Built in Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer brings a new kind of innovation.
October 9th, 2013
Redesigned with Internal Ice and Water, the Sub-Zero Built in Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer has an energy efficiency rating that trumps even that of a 60watt light bulb.
The reconfigured Built in Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer provides chilled water AND ice inside the refrigerator. The ICBBI-48SID product speaks of convenience and aesthetics; keeping water and ice at the fingertips without sacrificing the clean appearance that has made Sub-Zero a leader in timeless built-in design.
And the redesign boasts improved energy efficiency. The Built in Side by Side 48SID has variable speed compressors and vacuum sealed panels within its insulation. Subsequently, “this model is 20% more energy efficient than the next best built in refrigerator,” says the team from Sub-Zero.
Overlay and stainless steel models are both available, with the new flush inset overlay design installation allowing the unit to sit flush within surrounding cabinetry. Available in a stainless steel finish or a choice of custom panels, the Built in Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer blends seamlessly with adjacent decor. The classic stainless steel option complete with industrial chic louvered grille can be built-in or Sub-Zero stainless steel side panels can be added for a free-standing look.
