A world of culinary opportunities is waiting to be discovered thanks to the new generation of cooking appliances, many of which also compliment modern design trends with their stylish and sleek appearance. None more so than the new range of convection steam ovens by Wolf, which effortlessly integrate into any style of kitchen while offering precise control of heat, steam, and airflow.
The elegant yet versatile design of the Wolf Convection Steam Oven makes it the ideal choice for the design-minded. The contemporary exterior blends seamlessly with other 60 cm and 76 cm Wolf cooking appliances, including Built-In and Speed Ovens, as well as other Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances in comparable styles.
Providing options for any type of interior space, the Wolf Convection Steam Oven is available in Contemporary, Professional, and Transitional design styles:
Utilising steam, convection, or a combination of the two, the chef-tested modes and intuitive personalisation options of the Wolf Convection Steam Oven mean there is nothing this appliance cannot do. Cooking modes include Steam, Convection, Broil, Slow Roast, Bread & Pastry, Proof, Sous Vide, Reheat, Warm, Gourmet, and Gourmet+. Additional modes include Wellness, Cleanse, and Steam Clean.
Available in 60 cm and 76 cm models, the new Wolf Convection Steam Ovens feature enhanced capacity, with 48 litres and 68 litres of oven capacity, respectively. Multiple dishes can be accommodated easily, while the 1889-watt dual convection oven ensures even, consistent results. To make life even easier, the temperature probe alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature. For a quick sear, the 1750-watt recessed grill provides versatile broiling options with multiple settings to help you finish a dish perfectly.
Inside the oven, three full-extension rack positions and one standard position allow easy access and increased cooking flexibility. The Wolf Convection Steam Ovens also include 1.2-litre water tanks, providing continuous steam for long cooks.
Updated, user-friendly controls lead the user through various modes and features, elevated by a 20 cm full-color LCD touchscreen that further refines the oven’s sleek aesthetic. Easily customise the user interface with drag-and-drop tile options. Up to 50 customised recipe presets can be saved by users for easy access to their favorite go-to dishes.
In addition, the updated controls offer language translations for English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch and Chinese.
