The renowned Bosch Series 6 oven welcomes a new look, including a new sleek design and matching compact appliances.
The design and engineering teams at Bosch have a legacy of developing home appliances for people who expect reliability and support in the household. Every home has different priorities depending on size, circumstance, and who are living there, which is what led Bosch to develop the Series 6 ovens and compact appliances. With selected features previously seen in the Bosch Series 8 premium segment, the new Series 6 has precision and class down to the finest detail, a high-quality, stringent design along with impressive user-friendly features.
One highlight of the Series 6 is the meat probe, which measures the core temperature of the cooking meat inside. This continuous and precise temperature measure lets you know exactly how your roast is doing, and the oven will let you know when it is cooked correctly. The wide range of heating types available in the series also ensures the best method of cooking for the end user. The 3D hot air feature, in particular, is a noteworthy addition to the oven, which distributes the same heat throughout the oven quickly and evenly. This means you can cook on up to three shelves at the same time, without any flavour being transferred from one dish to another.
One size can never suit all, which is why Bosch offers multiple options when it comes to the Series 6. The pyrolytic self-cleaning feature sees the oven heat itself to up to 480°C, thus burning off all grease and dirt residue inside, leaving behind easy to clean-up ash. Oven cleaning is also significantly easier with the EcoClean ceramic coating, either on all of the oven walls (EcoClean Direct Plus) or only the back wall of the oven (EcoClean Direct). EcoClean uses oxygen to break down grease naturally during the cooking process itself. The non-stick coating on the universal pan and the baking sheet also makes life easier – there is no need to use grease or baking paper when cooking – and cleaning takes just a few seconds.
Bosch has always followed the objective of not only offering high-quality design in the premium segment but also making it accessible to all households. A modern design in glass and stainless steel lends the new Series 6. Elements such as the slim control panel, the polished chrome clip and the embossed Bosch logo establish a seamless link to other Bosch appliances.
